Heimkantine in Herzogenaurach

Very, very tasty, we'll be back! Unfortunately it was only to be picked up, but maybe we will have survived Corona soon and will be able to go back to the restaurant.

Very good German cuisine! My favorite is the Allgäu cordon bleu with fried potatoes.

Great food and super friendly people! There are always vegetarian dishes and recently also vegan! The food is always top - whether schnitzel, burger or tarte flambée :-)

It was very nice of the staff that they reserved a delicious duck for us again on Sunday evening???? were on vacation in Herzogenaurach for a week and were in the home canteen 3 times to eat. You can eat everything here, everything tastes great ??On Sunday evening it is a bit noisy, but justified, after all it is a sports home, but a very nice one !!!

The formerly very well prepared potato salad was more of a mashed potato in which too much sugar had fallen. The schnitzel that used to be very good was stringy and tough. The side salad withered and unfortunately still dirty. Can happen. Not several times in a row. Pity!

Although there is unfortunately no (yet) vegan dish on the menu, we were offered a selection of freshly prepared dishes upon prior request. The food was delicious and the service quick and friendly. We have rarely eaten such good vegan food in a restaurant.

On Friday for my 50th birthday I had the catering from the home canteen. Martin and his team took excellent care of everything from start to finish. ????‍? Reliable, great arranged and just delicious ?, the whole thing with a good-humored team. Highly recommended - we would book again anytime! Thank you very much Martin
